LUMION REAL ESTATE L.L.C, registered office 18 th Floor, Burlington Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, processes—when responding to a query submitted via the contact form—within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter and formerly the “Regulation”), the following personal data: name and surname, email, and telephone.
Processing of Personal Data
is carried out by LUMION REAL ESTATE L.L.C, the personal data controller.
Please note that under the Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to:
- request information from us on what personal data of yours we process,
- request an explanation from us regarding the processing of personal data,
- request access to this data and have it updated or corrected,
- request that we delete this personal data – such deletion will, however, result in termination of contract negotiations,
- in case of doubt about compliance with obligations related to personal data processing, contact us or the Office for Personal Data Protection.
Your personal data is used in most cases to fulfil the purpose of a contract concluded between you and us, to process and respond to a query submitted via the contact form, to inform you as a customer via newsletter, or to fulfil our legal obligations, especially accounting and tax obligations. Specific reasons for processing your personal data may further include:
- the Controller’s legitimate interests; in such cases, based on legitimate interest, we process personal data mainly in the form of cookies to which you have given consent via your internet browser, and our legitimate interest also serves as the legal basis for sending customer newsletters to your email inbox after prior verification of your identity (email authenticity). You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time;
- your consent; if you have explicitly granted such consent, we may send you, for example, commercial communications based on that consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time;
- fulfilment of the Controller’s legal obligations towards public authorities and offices. Which personal data we collect,
- Name (or names) and surname,
- email address,
- telephone number,
- personal data that the data subject fills into the text fields of contact forms (contract, form on the website).
The Controller processes specific personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship (for example, for the duration of fulfilling an order) and also after its termination:
- for the period arising from legal regulations applicable to the given relationship;
- for the entire period during which an outstanding claim of the Controller exists or may exist, which can be asserted against the data subject before a public authority.
Categories of Personal Data Recipients and Personal Data Transfers
Personal data will be made available only to the Controller, including relevant employees of the Controller who are obliged to maintain confidentiality regarding this data as well as the security measures whose disclosure would jeopardize the protection of such personal data. Personal data may be disclosed to entities not listed here only in cases where such disclosure is explicitly required by law.
The Controller will not transfer personal data to third countries or any international organization but may use processors who may transfer personal data to other processors. These processors are:
